TechnoLava is in search for a ServiceNow Administrator for one of our clients in the Indianapolis, IN area.
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for system/business requirements, configuration, and applications maintenance. Additionally, he/she will gather and document user, process, functional and technical requirements, and develop workflow customizations to support the IT digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of functionality, and how all ITIL processes will be implemented into the Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) framework.
Utilize best practices to implement client-requested changes within a domain-separated environment.
Provide general support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
Coordinate ServiceNow application, releases and platform upgrades, as necessary.
Create and configure ServiceNow business roles, notifications, UI policies, UI Actions and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
Familiar with MID servers, web services, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with the ServiceNow platform.
Familiar with LDAP/SSO integrations for customer sign-on and automated user profile feeds.
Work closely with ServiceNow functional team, to configure and improve core and custom applications.
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
Degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience.
At least 2 years’ experience as a ServiceNow developer
Experience successfully delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Experience working in a ServiceNow domain separated environment
Experience working with ServiceNow self-service portal and service catalog
